我们一说起高智资优，就会想到神童，天才等等词汇，中国父母一向望子成龙望女成凤，比如全民奥数的现象，但是仔细想一想，奥林匹克数学竞赛，这根本就是给顶级数学天赋设置的比赛。反观荷兰，大概没有几个人知道这个 Internationale Wiskunde Olympiade。巧的是，居然在我的朋友圈里就看到了奥林匹克竞赛荷兰队的一线报道。荷兰媒体好像从来没有什么报道 .大家都挺好奇荷兰奥林匹克竞赛的运作，孩子在成长中的挑战，以及这位妈妈如何帮助孩子在荷兰战胜这些困难的。 When we talk about highly-giftedness, we often think of prodigie and geniuses. Chinese parents have always hoped for their sons to become dragons and their daughters to become phoenixes, as seen in phenomena like the widespread popularity of math competitions. However, the International Mathematical Olympiad is essentially a competition designed for top-tier mathematical talent. In contrast, in the Netherlands, probably only a few people are familiar with the International Mathematics Olympiad. Interestingly, I came across a “front-page reporter” on the Olympiad competition’s Dutch team in my social circle. Dutch media seems to have hardly covered it at all. Many are curious about how the Dutch Mathematics Olympiad operates, the challenges children face as they grow up, and how this particular mother is helping her child overcome these challenges in the Netherlands
